Does Kavade deliver internationally?
We do not deliver internationally at this point. You can, however, send us an email to info@kavade.in with the details of the items that you want to purchase. Mention the subject as “International Delivery Enquiry”

Does Kavade deliver all over India?
Yes we deliver the items all over India.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. We are not offering Cash on delivery at this point of time.

What are the available shipping speeds?
We take great care in delivering our handcrafted products to you. We partner with reputed national couriers. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Some handcrafted products might take 1-3 weeks, some might take 2-4 weeks and the sculptures can take 6 weeks of delivery as they are customized as per the order. This information would be given to the customer beforehand at the time of making the payment.

How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as you place an order, confirmation email will be sent to you.  Once the item is dispatched we will send an Email or SMS with the tracking id and other details.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order after the said business days?
This normally is not possible. But still due to unavoidable reasons if you do not receive the ordered items within the above specified days please send us an email with your order details and payment details to info@kavade.in. One of our customer support representatives will contact you through email or over the phone and will help you to resolve your issue.
